For those of you who may want a quick boost of energy, this hand position works amazingly well. I always feel as if I’ve plugged into a circuit of energy that is both grounding and calming when I touch the tip of my thumb to tip of ring finger. Called the Surya or Ravi Mudra, it is recommended to do this for 15 minutes during meditation. Give it a try, I think you’ll be surprised.
